Alan Rinehart and Family had spent 20 years developing their breeding program and herd around the “Superior Brood Cow”, Gentle Breeze Mat Christine *TW.  Their R-Hart Sale on May 5 provided breeders with the opportunity to take advantage of deep pedigreed influence from the Christine family. The buyers list includes coast to coast breeders from New Jersey to Oregon.   
All the high sellers were direct maternal descendants of Christine with R-Hart Jolt Dramatic topping the day at $10,100. This two year old Jolt daughter had test days to over 100 pounds from an exceptional udder and sold bred to Blessing Banker Agenda. She was purchased by Fair Hill Farm, Chestertown, MD.

 Next in line and selling for $10,000. was the winning Junior three year old at the 2006 Ohio State Fair for the Rineharts. R Hart Premium Angel “E90/90MS” is sired by Top Acres EP Premium ET and was taken by Ron Strauss, Fredonia, WI.

An outstanding two year old show prospect for 2007 was third high and sold for $7,800 to Cedar Lane Farm, Oldwick, NJ. She features a line bred Christine pedigree and attracted active bidding. 

The R-Hart Sale was managed by Modern Associates, St. Paris, Ohio. Tim Eiting and Darrell Worden shared auctioneering duties with Wayne E. Sliker making announcements from the box. Brian Garrison and Lee Barber worked the ring and the telephones. Modern Associates clerked the event.
